As a fact, by continuously monitoring, IBS ensures full compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance law and any other insurance Decrees.

Within 48 hours of receiving the hiring email from the client, IBS will add the hiring data to its system, which will generate an automatic SMS to the employee to explain how the process of downloading the IBS application works, where the needed hiring papers are shown to be uploaded. The application is also showing a full explanation of the governmental medical process (Form 111).

IBS provides employees with official HR documents and letters required for personal or legal matters, including:

• • Bank statements for loan or credit applications
• • Embassy letters for visa requests
• • Employment confirmations for various official uses

Vacation balances are tracked and updated consistently, either automatically through the IBS vacation portal or through the necessary data signed forms shared by the client on a regular basis.

Also, we handle all consequences of any social insurance, labor authority inspections, and court cases if they're related to the termination or any dues to the employee, as well as take legal action in coordination with the client in case any sudden accident or damages occurs to or by any of IBS personnel.

All documents are formatted, signed, and stamped by IBS and can be customized to align with the intended purpose, ensuring accuracy and credibility.

IBS facilitates process of the private medical, life, accident, and disability insurance coverage based on client requirements, by offering flexible plans tailored to the size and needs of the client.

The Client is free to choose any medical service provider that caters best to its requirements in terms of cost and advantages.

Upon the endorsement of the policy, IBS will handle the issuance of the new cards, claim processing and any issue that might face any of IBS employees.

The effective date of applying the medical and life coverage system does not necessarily to be the same of the original contract between IBS and the Client. Accordingly, any changes in coverage value or the cost or even the increase in the value of the annual premiums are not linked to the renewal of the original contract between IBS and the Client.

IBS has the privilege by having more than 55,000 insured Egyptian employees under its umbrella, to obtain work permits for expatriates according to the ratio 9 to 1.

IBS manages the complete work permit process from the beginning to the end, including ministry approvals and needed documentations.

IBS initiates the process while the expat is still outside Egypt to obtain the entry approvals then completes the work permit issuance steps upon arrival in Egypt.

Work permit is valid for one year and renewed biannually; document requirements and processing times may vary depending on nationality and government regulations.

IBS ensures all procedures remain compliant with evolving labor and immigration policies, minimizing delays and complications.
