The selected candidate will be hired through International Business Services and will be assigned to International Business Services client.
Main Functions
- • Lead senior-level recruitment activities.
- • Oversee HR operations coordination with outsourcing partners.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- • Source and recruit based on job descriptions, primarily for senior manager roles (2–3 openings per quarter).
- • Assess outsourcing company systems, with a focus on onboarding status and payroll information.
- • Collaborate with outsourcing company teams to support onboarding and payroll processes.
- • Work efficiently with local staff to resolve HR-related issues including salary details, payment dates, currency exchange rates, and onboarding documentation.
- • Support culture-building initiatives and deliver company and HR policy training.
- • Provide administrative support including meeting planning, agenda creation, and new hire orientation.
Skills and Qualifications
- • Native Arabic proficiency.
- • Fluent English (C2 level).
- • Strong recruitment and sourcing expertise for senior-level roles.
- • Solid understanding of payroll and onboarding processes.
- • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- • University degree or higher.
- • Major in Human Resources preferred.
