Medical Device – Multinational
The selected candidate will be hired through International Business Services and will be assigned to International Business Services client.
Main Functions
- • Ensure post-event business compliance for Johnson & Johnson events across the MEA region.
- • Support business teams by enforcing documentation, budget, and policy adherence.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- • Communicate and follow up with MEA business teams to collect all post-event documentation in line with applied policies.
- • Ensure timely and accurate upload of complete post-event documentation on relevant systems.
- • Liaise with business stakeholders and distributors to resolve issues related to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
- • Ensure travel agents’ invoices are submitted with supplier invoices and include complete transaction details within guidelines.
- • Confirm invoiced amounts do not exceed approved budgeted limits.
- • Verify documentation completeness and close events as required.
- • Identify process gaps across the region, align with HCC Officers, and implement improved procedures.
- • Host monthly calls with BSS teams to support closure of open requests.
- • Report biweekly status of open requests to the Business Compliance Manager, highlighting gaps for oversight.
Skills and Qualifications
- • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • High level of punctuality and ethical conduct.
- • Proficiency in data reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Science, or related disciplines).
- • 0–2 years of experience in reporting or data analysis is a plus.
